Divots v Hacks
Well done Divots, we came second by only 13 points on Saturday the 17th June against the Creek Hacks at the JA Resort GC....In retrospect, the Divots handicaps were not adjusted for the course slope index... whereas the Hacks used their Society Hcps... 😳
or is that just sour grapes ? hehe... ..
BUT, especially for those who stayed late, we had a brilliant day and what with Issac giving us a sing song on his guitar, followed be two more of the Hacks doing the same.. it was a great event and it will be repeated.. so that we can win back the Divots v Hacks trophy... UNFORTUNATELY the Hacks photographer did not record the actual trophy ceremony... 😳. Where is Mike Gopal when you need him ?

THE MID WEEK DIVOTS NIGHT OUT
As some of you will remember, through a boozy haze the following day....
last Wednesday 14th ( due to a closure of the Trump Par3 )
we went along to the Five Hotel in JVC...
Such a success.... that it was voted to continue this type of event once a month,
every month, and possibly at differing locations...
"Safe drivers are a requisite for this event...."

We have received 47 orders for shirts.. of which 17 have pre-paid..( 100 coming ...)
